MILLET FLAKES (500 gr)

Millet is native to Asia and Africa where it is called millet. 

A low allergenic, gluten-free cereal, it is richest in vitamin A. 

It contains many minerals, some of which are rare and precious such as manganese and zinc. 

Millet has a positive effect on cholesterol, it strengthens nails and hair and prevents the formation of kidney stones. Millet is a very digestible cereal and very popular for its pleasant flavor. Steamed pre-cooked whole grain millet flakes are very practical and easy to use. 

They are eaten for breakfast, added to soups, in the dough to make vegetable pancakes, cakes and breads.
