Flour composed of 5 cereals. Contains gluten. RECIPE: Chocolate-orange cakes: whisk together 6 whole eggs with 200ml of milk, 200g of melted butter, 1 sachet of yeast, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 220g of granulated sugar, 170g of flour, 50g of cornflour, zest of an orange , 1 C. c. of orange blossom, 100gr of chocolate chips. Mix well, pour into buttered molds and cook for 20 minutes at 200°.
