WHEAT FLOUR 75% (T80) (1 kg)

Semi-whole wheat flour freshly ground on a stone millstone at the Commanderie watermill in Holland. Far Breton recipe: mix 250g of 75% flour, 125g of sugar, 3 whole eggs, 1 tbsp. fresh cream and 75 cl of milk. Arrange the prunes at the bottom of a buttered baking dish, pour the dough evenly on top, put in the oven for 1/4 hour (th.7), then for another 3/4 hour (th. 5/6), until the far is golden brown.
