Semi-whole wheat flour freshly ground on a stone millstone at the Commanderie watermill in Holland. Galettes: mix 250g of flour with 75ml of sunflower oil, raisins, crushed hazelnuts, sesame seeds, 1 pinch of salt, 100ml of water. Form a ball, leave to rest for 10 minutes and roll out the dough. Cut out slices, sprinkle with sesame and cook at 180° for 10 minutes. Very crispy!
