MULTI SEED FLOUR (25 kg)

Multigrain flour: wheat flour, cereals and seeds. Contains gluten. RECIPE: Whole wheat and white flour, oat and barley flakes, flax and sunflower seeds, millet, rye flakes, sesame seeds. To make a bread rich in various nutrients: 500gr of multigrain flour, 1 sachet of baker's yeast, water, salt. Knead the ingredients to form a fairly consistent ball of dough, leave to rise for 2 hours, cook at 200° for 30 minutes.
