100% spelled flour (T150) of Demeter quality Replaces wheat flour advantageously, because contains less gluten, is used in the same way. Waffle batter: 500g flour, 2 eggs, 1 sachet of baker's yeast, 2 spoonfuls of honey, 20g walnuts, 40g currants, 20g hazelnuts, 75ml sunflower oil, 25ml walnut oil, 200ml vanilla rice milk. Mix and leave for 1h30. Bake in a waffle iron.
