spelled flour 82% (T110) of Demeter quality RECIPE: Almond cakes: whisk 6 whole eggs with 200ml of milk, 200g of melted butter, 150g of ground almonds, 1 sachet of baking powder, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 220g of brown sugar, 130g of brown flour, 80g of rice flour and the zest of a lemon. Mix well, pour into small buttered molds and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Cook for 20 minutes at 200°.
