OATS FINE demeter (3 kg)

Tasty oat flakes for a complete and balanced breakfast to start the day off right. They are an excellent source of energy and vitality. Steamed Pre-Cooked Fine Rolled Oats are very convenient and easy to use. They are eaten at breakfast, added to soups, in the dough to make vegetable pancakes, cakes and breads. Add 1 tbsp of crushed hazelnuts to 2 tbsp of fine oat flakes, 1 tbsp of apples (dried, grated or diced), 1 pinch of salt. Cover with water, rice milk or soy milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until a creamy consistency is obtained. Remove from the heat, mix in 1 tbsp of honey or rice syrup.
