Sesame oil is to the East what olive oil is to the Mediterranean basin. Very rich in vitamins and mineral salts. Few saturated fatty acids, but 30 to 50% oleic-omega 9 and linoleic-omega 6, and 40 to 60% essential fatty acids. Exceptional composition to prevent cardiovascular diseases: softens the vessels and strengthens the heart. Invigorates the epidermis and protects against ultraviolet and ionizing radiation. High level of lecithin. To be used as a raw seasoning, do not heat.
