CAKE MIX - 400 Gr

Naturally gluten-free mix for making a cake.    Basic recipe for a cake 1.Pour the mixture into a bowl.   2.   Add 4 eggs, 200g of unsalted butter and a pinch of salt.   3.   Mix until the ingredients are completely incorporated.   4.   Put the dough in a mold and bake for 50 minutes at 165°C.    Ingredients: Pastry mix (whole-grain rice flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*), blond cane sugar*, gluten-free baking powder*, guar gum*. *Organic Agriculture
