PECAN NUTS (500 gr)

We selected these pecans from the banks of the?Orange River in South Africa, for their round and sweet taste, without any astringency. 

Bob and his father Chris produce them with passion: beyond?an organic culture respectful of nature, they dry them at low temperature to preserve all their nutritional and taste qualities. 

They are?therefore fit perfectly into a raw diet. 

These nuts can be eaten as a snack, or included in your salads, mueslis, and of course in your pastries. ?Did you know ? 

Pecans are rich in manganese. 

The latter helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
