WHITE JASMINE RICE (5 kg)

Long-grain rice, slightly larger than basmati rice, very fragrant. Thai recipe: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil with 1 cup of coconut milk and salt. Add 1 cup of rice and cook over very low heat for 15 minutes. Stir the rice once during cooking. Mix together 50gr of roasted peanuts, 1 small pinch of salt and 25gr of cane sugar. Sprinkle the rice with this mixture.
