The soluble fibers contained in oat bran produce, once ingested, a kind of gel that has positive effects on cholesterol levels as well as blood sugar levels (glycaemia) by reducing the speed of carbohydrate absorption. Oat bran, as part of a varied and balanced diet, is now known to naturally promote caloric restriction and therefore weight regulation or reduction: the consumption of these fibers generates a faster satiety effect. Oat bran can be used in many ways: sprinkled in yogurt, compote, soup... It can also be added to bread, cake, cookie, pie dough or in pancake preparations plants. this Galettes: 400g cooked and drained spinach, 100g tofu, 4 eggs, 75g oat bran, 1 tbsp. at s. powdered vegetable broth. Mix the ingredients together and pour into tart molds. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°. Oat bran is excellent for your health: it soaks up (like a sponge) some of the fat consumed, which passes through the body without settling there.
