Thanks to its spices, it offers a unique taste experience while providing beneficial benefits for the body. 🫶🏼The spices present in our infusion, such as cinnamon, clove and ginger, have warming properties that stimulate blood circulation and warm the body in a natural way. 
In addition, these spices promote digestion by stimulating the digestive system, helping to relieve digestive discomfort and regulate blood sugar levels. ✅In addition to its effects on digestion, our mate is naturally antibacterial, which strengthens the immune system and protects against winter ills. 
Its regular consumption can therefore help prevent infections and help maintain good health throughout the year.
 However, it is important to note that it is not recommended for people with stomach or intestinal inflammations, as spices can aggravate these conditions. 🧉And to consume it traditionally, we advise you to taste it in a calabash (mate cup) with a bombilla (filter straw)!
 How to taste? 🧉Infuse 1 teaspoon or tablespoon, for a calabash or a large mug, at 85° maximum for at least 5 minutes. 😋Infuse, taste, reinfuse up to 3 times!
 Mate is economical! 
For what ? 
Each of our 70g infusions contains around twenty doses that can be reinfused 2 to 3 times thanks to the large cup plants that we use! 
Once your mate is finished, add water (85° max) and enjoy a good infusion once again.
 95% of the active ingredients are released at the first infusion, by reinfusing, your infusion will always taste good!
