Very rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, this recipe is the ideal ally to combat fatigue and temporary stress. ⚡️Indeed, vitamin C is known for its revitalizing action and its power to strengthen the immune system, while antioxidants help protect cells against damage caused by free radicals, helping to preserve your overall health. 💁🏻‍♀️This drink is particularly recommended in cases of anemia. 
In addition, it offers valuable support to women when they are unwell, helping them regain vitality and energy during this sometimes difficult period. 🍓Thanks to its revitalizing properties, our recipe offers you a real boost, allowing you to regain dynamism and vitality on a daily basis. 🧉And to consume it traditionally, we advise you to taste it in a calabash (mate cup) with a bombilla (filter straw)!
 How to taste? 🧉Infuse 1 teaspoon or tablespoon, for a calabash or a large mug, at 85° maximum for at least 5 minutes. 😋Infuse, taste, reinfuse up to 3 times!
 Mate is economical! 
For what ? 
Each of our 70g infusions contains around twenty doses that can be reinfused 2 to 3 times thanks to the large cup plants that we use! 
Once your mate is finished, add water (85° max) and enjoy a good infusion once again.
 95% of the active ingredients are released at the first infusion, by reinfusing, your infusion will always taste good!
