Apple and peach infusion are a source of antioxidants. The blueberry flower, for its part, acting in synergy with the mate, will have the action of stimulating digestion. Preparation : - Infuse 3 tablespoons for 1L of hot water at 80° - Let stand at room temperature - Place in the refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours - Filter, add ice cubes as desired, enjoy!
