Peppermint is naturally refreshing for the body, it will help you better withstand the heat provided it is consumed hot. 😋It also promotes good digestion. 🌿 In combination with mate, it is valuable for lightening the body after a big meal. Mate is strengthened by the very aromatic peppermint which is antispasmodic, antioxidant and has widely recognized digestive properties. Ideal after a meal to activate and support digestion. Very aromatic blend on the palate, without bitterness. PREPARATION TIPS: 🇦🇷 Argentinian Style (with a filter straw) 1. Fill a cup or mug with 30 cl. br />2. Add 1 tablespoon of mate. br />3. Pour hot water (80° max). br />4. Place your filter straw and let it steep for 5 minutes or more. Taste, then re-infuse the same dose several times! 🇫🇷 ToFrench (like an infusion) With a teapot/tea filter/infuser mug... 1. For 30 cl of water, add 1 tablespoon of mate. br />2. Pour hot water (80° max), let it infuse for at least 5 minutes. Serve, enjoy, then re-infuse up to 2 to 3 times! Mate is economical! Reason Why? Each of our 70g infusions contains around twenty doses that can be reinfused 2 to 3 times thanks to the large cup plants that we use! Once your mate is finished, add water (85° max) and enjoy a good infusion once again. 95% of the active ingredients are released at the first infusion, by reinfusing, your infusion will always taste good!
