You can consume it throughout the day, as the Gauchos, guardians of the pampas plains, traditionally do. We import our mate directly from the producer in southern Brazil. Each infusion can be re-infused up to 3 times! For optimal tasting, we recommend drinking it in a gourd, which allows for better release of flavors. Each infusion is designed, assembled and packaged in the Original Mate workshop in Saint-Brieuc (22).
