Organic Sumatra coffee is an organic Arabica coffee from the Parapat region north of Lake Toba at 1000 to 1600 meters above sea level in Indonesia. A favorable region for the cultivation of coffee thanks to the climate, the height and the fertility of the soil. It is a single-origin semi-washed coffee, grown between 1000 and 1600 m altitude, thus considered one of the favorite specialty coffees in the world. Roasted by hand at low temperature in our workshop in Bruges (33), our Sumatra is a coffee with a very distinctive flavor profile: intense and round, with notes of spices and toast, with a slight acidity.
