Cultivated between 1800m and 2000m above sea level, our Peru Cajamarca is a Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Washed Pache type coffee. Harvested from July to December, it will offer you a cup of medium intensity, very little bitter. Its tangy notes reminiscent of hibiscus and grapefruit will delight the taste buds of specialty coffee lovers.
