Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) with a fruity, intense, fresh and green profile.   Our EVOO offers a unique experience for the palate, unmatched to date.  The combination of 9 varieties of olives gives it a characteristic flavor, making it truly inimitable.     The production of liters of oil varies in each harvest, since it depends on the quantity and maturation of the olives.  As a result, each year the oil is packaged in a different number of bottles, which are numbered as a limited edition per harvest, thus allowing differentiation.
