EVOO ROYAL. La Oliva ROYAL is an olive that only occurs in the Sierra de Cazorla and that due to its characteristics produces one of the best olive oils in the world. Our Royal Luxury comes from centenary olive trees of family reserve and has a certificate of authenticity. The ROYAL Oróspeda EVOO has a high intensity fruit profile and a majority presence of herbaceous notes. Along with green vegetable aromas, nuances reminiscent of aromatic herbs stand out. It is perceived bitter and spicy with medium intensity and balanced, and almond notes that, like the nose, persistently reappear in the mouth.
