A 100% barley malt spirit, Berry New Malt comes from the blend of a distillate of barley malt aged for 15 months in Bourbon barrels, and a distillate of barley malt aged for 15 months in Bourbon barrels. French red wines. This blend is then transferred to a new, heavily toasted barrel for a finish of a few months.
