"Shallot" aperitif crackers with spent grains [100g]

The shallot is a small bulb widely used in French gastronomy, and which is said to originate from Central Asia. Often used raw, they bring a slight sweet taste, which is found (even cooked) in OURO crackers. Crackers with "shallot" brewer's grains will go just as well with cheeses, yoghurt sauces and with vegetable spreads such as guacamole. Always 100% vegetable, without additives, healthy and handcrafted. Store away from heat and humidity.
