Ingrid and Romain are true gourmets and love to share their creations and the taste of simple things with you. They always have a little treat to slip under their teeth.
After several years as a pastry chef in catering, Ingrid begins her granola production while perfecting their future pastries.
It was in 2019 that they opened their Lille pastry shop as a couple. Two years later, they launched their range of small sweet biscuits in their grocery store. Given the success with their gourmet customers, they decided to develop their biscuit business while maintaining the values common to their pastry business.
All their treats are richly garnished, hand-cut and prepared from quality ingredients. Just like in baking, they pay attention to textures and taste, which represent for them the very essence of a good biscuit.
