Once upon a time, there was a Dutchman with a dream to create the world’s best seafood-pairing vodka. And so he did. Driven by his passion for the coastal region in the southwest of The Netherlands, Chris Liebau created an award winning vodka named OYESTER44. Handcrafted in a distillery located just four steps from the sea with true terroir. We infuse a smooth grain based vodka with a delicate oyster distillate and drops of filtered seawater. We then infuse organic potatoes and finish by adding yuzu, vervain and black pepper distillates. All this gives OYESTER44 an ultra smooth taste, subtle salinity and citrus-freshness that perfectly complements fine seafood of any kind. Perfect vodka to pair straight with seafood or use for signature Bloody Mary, Vodka Martini, Moscow Mule or Vodka&Tonic.
