This necklace with a 50 cm long chain in gold plated is composed of a Large Heart carved with precious metal wire in sparkling 14 carat goldfilled giving a sparkling effect to the jewel. The heart is approximately 4.5 cm by 5 cm high accompanied by a 6 mm pearl.
