We use its juicy, salmon-colored pulp to create a cream liqueur famous for its rich, sweet flavor. Our idea is simple, we wanted to recreate the refreshing sensation of eating a slice of cantaloupe melon on a hot summer day, while soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
