The Sicilian Lemon is peeled by hand and infused in a high concentration compared to commercial limoncello. In fact, in the Paesano lemon liqueur, we put almost 200 grams of lemon peel for each liter of product, without any artificial flavouring. This gives a fantastic lemony taste to our liqueur, which you can drink as a soft drink when mixed with a tonic or soda. We also avoid putting so much sugar because we infuse orange blossom flowers. The orange blossom is the flower of the lemons themselves which is pollinated by bees in the summer season. The pollen inside naturally sweetens the liqueur without the need for industrial sugar!
