Thanks to the Sicilian Pomèl consortium, we collect the best pomegranates of the Wonderful variety and produce the Pomegranate Liqueur using only pure juice cold-filtered with the traditional method. The attention to detail is very rigorous, in fact everything takes place with slow craftsmanship following an ancient Sicilian recipe. The juice is obtained by separating the pulp from the arils and lightly filtered to keep the rich properties of the fruit active. The 50% of juice present in the final product makes the liqueur rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C. The Pomegranate Liqueur has a low alcohol content (17%) and can be drunk straight iced, used as a base for wonderful Drinks, Spritzes and Cocktails or served by drowning a babà.
