Pain de Minuit is a lager with character brewed from unsold dry bread from our Responsible Waste partners.
Our watchwords are craftsmanship, innovation, common sense. The attack on the palate is full and generous. A nice length then comes with final notes of toast. The refermentation in artisanal bottles gives it a roundness and a character so specific to Belgian beers. 35 IBU - 6.7% - 1 slice of dry bread upgraded for 33cL - binds at the bottom of the bottle, to serve delicately.
