Founded in 1993 by Michel Gontié, Pain & Nature offers organic sourdough breads, biscuits and pastries. It was in 2021 when Michel decided to retire that he left his business to his wife Guilaine and his partner Damien, looking for a new challenge to follow up on their experience of vegetarian catering in Castres.
