Somnus Herbal Tea Blend

Somnus is a herbal tea blend, crafted to be enjoyed in the evening and before sleep. The naturally soothing blend contains chamomile and linden flowers, hyssop, and skullcap - all botanicals used abundantly by our ancestors to calm and soothe the mind, body, and spirit. Named for Somnus, the Roman god of sleep. A slightly sweet and floral blend. Naturally caffeine-free and recommended for the evening. Can be sweetened with a little agave or honey to taste. A 25g pouch will provide 10 cups, or 20 if you choose to second brew, but leaves can be re-used up to four times.
