Among these valiant harvesters, stood Raharisoa, a woman with a bright smile and sparkling eyes who shared with us her passion for cinnamon. During our discussions, she revealed to us how each bark was treated with respect and delicacy. Pille and I found ourselves captivated by the unique aroma of fresh cinnamon, a subtle harmony between sweetness and warmth.
