Absinthe - Belle Gnôle

For this light 45 ° absinthe (like a pastis de Marseille), no compromise! Aniseed by nature, it is consumed with fresh water like any aniseed. Absinthe is obtained by special distillation of macerates of natural plants and naturally colored by maceration of small wormwood and hyssop. After 16 years of procedure, Absinthe de Pontarlier obtained its IGP in August 2019.
