Meticulous infusion of strawberry tree honey, santolina, St. John's wort, helichrysum, thyme and mugwort in Sardinian neutral alcohol. A powerful and distinctive nose that opens with vegetal notes: officinal herbs, St. John's wort, santolina and thyme accompanied by notes of arbutus honey, mugwort and Mediterranean scrub. The palate is enveloping, persistent with an explosion of fresh and bitter notes from the Sardinian Mediterranean scrub. The wild aromas are perfectly balanced by the sweetness of strawberry tree honey. The finish is revealed on balsamic notes, St. John's wort and mugwort.
