“Liberation” is the generous whisky par excellence. A precise redistillation technique, combined with “custom” aging, produces a rounded whisky that will find its full expression after aging in fine-grained French oak barrels. This name “Liberation” designates the capacity to fully express all the aromas of barley grain and oak wood in perfect harmony. It is a gourmet whisky, with rich and generous aromas, dazzling with nuances, to the great pleasure of amateurs. EYE Slightly amber golden yellow. Clear and shiny. NOSE Libération reveals a beautiful complexity and a remarkable balance. Woody and mineral notes blend together in harmony and gradually reveal rich floral, fruity and spicy scents, punctuated by roasted and balsamic notes. PALATE Libération is distinguished by a complex richness, a beautiful opulence dominated by generous notes with fruity tones. The accord is well structured by the wood, in a very controlled way, offering a powerful, supple and persistent finish. Libération evokes in turn fields of cereals heated by the sun, subtle pastries, candied fruits but also more autumnal and spicy notes. A superb tasting experience.
