Genièvre Flandre-Artois is a grain eau-de-vie from Hauts-de-France resulting from a triple distillation as close as possible to the degree of bottling in order to better preserve its aromas. The large proportion of oats gives it its roundness and characteristic pastry notes. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 4 to 9 years in solera, a technique derived from Hispanic rums. 43% alc/vol
