Melon Liqueur - Belle Gnôle 35cl

This liqueur is the work of an almost bicentenary liquor store still established in Burgundy in its historic premises. It is a maceration of Cavaillon melon with a hint of lemon for several weeks in French neutral alcohol and French white sugar.
