Melon Liqueur - Belle Gnôle

This liqueur is the work of an almost bicentenary liquor store still established in Burgundy in its historic premises. It is a maceration of Cavaillon melon with a hint of lemon for several weeks in French neutral alcohol and French white sugar. To be enjoyed with Port and tonic for an original cocktail that calls for the sun. 16% alc/vol
