Heaven's Door Whiskey - Straight Bourbon

Heaven's Door Tennessee Straight Bourbon whiskey comes from a rye brew to which is added a blend of "small grains" serving to complement the character conferred by the 8 years spent in new American oak barrels. Unlike traditional Tennessee whiskeys, the so-called "Lincoln County" process is not used for Heaven's Door Tennessee Straight Bourbon whiskey which allows aged whiskey to exhibit the spicy aromas typical of rye. The selected rye brew offers a voluptuous whiskey with a long shelf life, with aromas of vanilla and fresh bread on a background of toasted notes typical of oak. Tasting Notes: Freshly baked bread, buttered popcorn and dried fruits on the nose. Soft and long finish on notes of caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg. 7 years of age 42% alc / vol
