Organic cherry tomato sauce handed down 500g

During the summer, grandma Rosa devises an ecological method to not waste even a gram of the carrots she grows. Following a centuries-old recipe, while her grandchildren help her pick tomatoes, she cooks a sauce with tomato, onion, basil, garlic, olive oil and salt. It doesn't add sugar, but carrots! Those are enough to make the sauce more delicate and creamy.
