Pack of 500 g of mixed pasta from 100% Italian wheat, bronze drawn, with long and delicate drying at low temperature. The gran misto oplontino is our special pasta format, unique in its delicacy, flavor and consistency and which will enhance any culinary creation. The artisanal nature of the pasta does not allow you to define a single cooking time. It is advisable to immerse each kg of pasta in at least 10 liters and check the cooking until you reach the preferred one.
