ORGANIC MEZZE PENNE RIGATE

Pack of 500 g of mezze penne rigate from 100% Italian BIO Antico Saragolla wheat, bronze drawn, with long and delicate drying at low temperature. the mezza penna rigata is one of our traditional pasta shapes, but unique for its proud temperament, flavor and consistency and which will be able to enhance any culinary creation. The artisanal nature of the pasta does not allow you to define a single cooking time. It is advisable to immerse each kg of pasta in at least 10 liters and check the cooking until you reach the preferred one.
