Pack of 500 g of 100% Italian wheat tagliatelle, bronze drawn, with long and delicate drying at low temperature. Tagliatella is one of our traditional pasta shapes, but unique for its proud temperament, flavor and consistency and which will be able to enhance any culinary creation. The artisanal nature of the pasta does not allow you to define a single cooking time. It is advisable to immerse each kg of pasta in at least 10 liters and check the cooking until you reach the preferred one.
