The TAGGIASCA variety is the same plant as the ''cailletier'' which gives a particularly sweet oil when the olives are harvested late. It is ideal for enriching many recipes with imagination. Prepared for us by an oil mill in Liguria (60 km from our House) is acclaimed by our customers to enrich their aperitif! Store it in a cool place, away from direct heat sources. Place in the refrigerator after opening and consume in the following days. TAGGIASCA black olives pâté is perfect for spreading but not only. Try it in a more original way, as a base for a particularly tasty vinaigrette.
