Pasta Riviera is a family adventure!
Founded in 2002 by a couple passionate about Italian products, the workshop was taken over by our family in 2018 and has since specialized in the artisanal manufacture of pasta.
Extra fine French durum wheat semolina, egg yolks, water, slow drying to preserve the nutritional qualities of the cereals: these are the basic ingredients which reflect a know-how transmitted by the founders. .
Fresh, dry, flavored, with or without egg… we offer a varied range, made every week in our workshop located in Brittany near Rennes.
