The classic twists, a must have in your closet. Artisanal dry pasta with durum wheat semolina, made in our Breton workshop. Our short pasta is extruded and then slowly dried before being packaged by hand. Pressed in bronze molds which give them a slightly rough texture, our pasta remains firm after cooking and will delight young and old alike in sauce, salad or gratin. Allergen: gluten.
