Bulk artisanal pasta _ CUORI 5kg

Pretty hearts for pasta lovers. Sold in a 5 kg bag, ideal for grocery stores wishing to offer self-service bulk or for restaurateurs. Artisanal dry pasta with durum wheat semolina, made in our Breton workshop. Our short pasta is extruded and then slowly dried before being packaged. Pressed in bronze molds which give them a slightly rough texture, our pasta remains firm after cooking and will delight young and old alike in sauce, salad or gratin. Allergen: gluten.
