Farmer on the family farm since 2003, Sébastien, multi-active, wanted for several years to live from his activity on the farm. Pasteole was born from the idea of transforming its cereals and above all of knowing its taste. He produced his first artisanal pasta in 2019. He sowed, cultivated and harvested his durum wheat, which he first selected for its taste qualities. The adventure has become family, recently joined by his wife. It favors local partners: miller, graphic designer, printer... and the short circuit.
Why Pastel? We really wanted to talk to you about our Beauce region, its fields as far as the eye can see, swept by the winds. And if we talk about pasta and wind, it gives Pasteole!
